LizardLickTowing.com hits TV

Last night, I was at the kickoff party for All Worked Up – a new show on TruTV. It features a look into the lives of people who have jobs that are not necessarily one of those that are the friendliest. Among one of three, it features our local company, Lizard Lick Towing, as they round up cars and more that have outstanding loans.

It isn’t necessarily a job that I would want to do – with bullets flying in the videos and such – but it sure does make for an entertaining view on TruTV.

But more importantly for me, I spoke to Ron at Lizard Lick Towing a few weeks ago before being aware of any of this TV stuff. We spoke about his wife’s site which I had done 7 or 8 years ago. We got talking about his upcoming project and decided that a web site might be in order.  Took a while for the fire to light about the project with him, but when he lit up, the content kept coming. I haven’t gotten all the content up at this point, but I figure that it is not a bad thing to keep some in reserve for rolling new content into the site.

The site, http://www.lizardlicktowing.com, launched in it’s new form on Thursday 15, 2009. I have been hacking away with mods ever since, but it came out pretty well in my opinionated opinion 🙂
