Snippet to add custom_style.css to ElegantThemes
Yeah, I *know* it’s not that complicated, but I always end up having to think about the particular string I need to throw in here. Sick of re-inventing the wheel. Just drop this snippet into the header.php file before the actual end header tag and pop a style-custom.css file into the same directory as the base style.css and you’re good to go.
Beauty here is that you don’t have to fret (so MUCH) if you update a theme. Nothing more annoying than having to wonder “Hmm… did I make any real changes to that style.css file?” then updating, discovering you did, and you have about 3 hours worth of refidgeting to do.
